FINALLY IM ABLE TO BLOG MUAHAHHA

been trying on this new lappy for quite awhile
but windows 8.1 is really hard to use :l

I've left my current job in GreatSolutions :l
frankly speaking I really quite she bu de.
Overall this 6 months of effort that I had put it.
But i'm really grateful to everybody there
wasn't easy at the start being somebody with 0 office experience.
as well as factory
really didn't expect that I will ended up managing a factory hohoho
Really thank you to the factory staffs who complied with my scheduling
drivers who gave me constructive comments on logistic planning
as well as my boss and jesse who aided me in factory planning.

& grateful to the office staff as well who provide me with so many opportunities to get expose to the FNB industry.

actually I feel more connected towards the factory side staffs heheheh
maybe cause we worked together.
but office I made good friends as well wee o wee.
so...its a fruitful takeaway from this 6months of full time coordinator.

Wanted to go back and help out with yoghurt place but they are really super over staff now due to the pay increment + school holiday
so...
i'll shall go and help out in my neighbourhood clinic >:D

finally got some good rest after this week wahhaha
was worrying about quite a number of things
I know with the help of kal char cy and rh things will turn out fine
but i'm just worry don't know for what reason
really thankful that the lorry turns out well despite the different changes
WANSUI TO HELLO EXPRESS LOGISTIC ;D
and costumes have minimal problems despite that nobody actually ever wore the full set :X
with this 2 down...i'm finally.......... RELAXED :D

I WENT TO SUPPORT PAM FOR HER OPERA PERFORMANCE HEHEHE
really proud to say she's my friend :D :D
the AV was quite problematic as some of the performance doesn't have any sounds
which means the mic is off as well.
some performancers were quite panick, understsandable luh
people so nervous already then the sound doesn't work.
it happened to pam's perf too but ended up...she sang super loud that it can be heard from the last few rows,
wooohoOO!!!
but the instructor was really pissed with the AV team

Just had my first scream at somebody after so many years RAAR.

Forever bullying my foreign staffs, really lost my cool when he said
" You indian, I Singaporean."
and I screamed at the uncle wahahhah
so fucking ridiculous

He should even be more ashamed that a foreigner is doing things that he can't do.
A job is a job, a human still have their feelings.
Other then not wanting to do certain task, he still make trouble for foreigners who help to take up unwanted task by locals.

AND HE,

ending work early, using violence to solve problem, keep harping that he was a gangster, refuse to help others and listen orders.
so old already still play gangster -.-

Really feels that nobody that uses such resorts should be left in factory, is either he go, or we lose the team spirit .

Something I've been trying to enhance it ever since I started working. my baby :'(

Reflection post

Sometimes i ponder whereby upon helping others, am i doing more harm than good to them.
Experienced a few scenario in the past and i really got a bit lost ~_~

Experiencing failure is actually the best way to learn new things.
There were a few times where i wanted to help others but end up doing it all myself due to time constraint.
I taught them the correct way to do it afterwards but i'm not sure if it really works...
Now looking back, i'm wondering if i'm really helping them to learn or rather, showing them that there's always somebody to cover their backside for them
If one day, the "somebody" is not there to help anymore; wouldn't it be even more devastating for them to handle ?

Been through similar cases in the past years;

Scenario 1 
GM1 did wrongly, we taught him/her, GM1 did wrongly again, we redo & taught him/her.
but GM1 doesn't change, leading to the growth of bad feelings.

Scenario 2 
GM1 did wrongly, we taught him/her, GM1 did wrongly again, we redo & taught him/her.
GM 1 said he/she understood but the assignement ended so nobody knows if it really works.

Of course there's scenario with good ending soon woo :D
Okay after typing it out i came out with a conclusion:
I'll do the best i can to help the person, but the ultimate result is depend on the individual. 
If he/she wants to help themselves, efforts will be made.
But still, if the person still didn't manage to change, i'll feel that i contributed a part in their consequences as well ):
overall feeling: STILL GUILTY

Just randomly though of this;
i will never donate to the youngster stating that they are from a children charity.
and the MINIMUM donation is $10 lol
What if the biggest sum of money an individual can donate at that point of time is $3 ?
Sum rejected ?
Why would a charity put a barrier to receiving more donations
It's easier to get 10 people to donate $1 than 1 person to donate $10 isn't it ._.
