Just had my first scream at somebody after so many years RAAR.

Forever bullying my foreign staffs, really lost my cool when he said
" You indian, I Singaporean."
and I screamed at the uncle wahahhah
so fucking ridiculous

He should even be more ashamed that a foreigner is doing things that he can't do.
A job is a job, a human still have their feelings.
Other then not wanting to do certain task, he still make trouble for foreigners who help to take up unwanted task by locals.

AND HE,

ending work early, using violence to solve problem, keep harping that he was a gangster, refuse to help others and listen orders.
so old already still play gangster -.-

Really feels that nobody that uses such resorts should be left in factory, is either he go, or we lose the team spirit .

Reflection post

Sometimes i ponder whereby upon helping others, am i doing more harm than good to them.
Experienced a few scenario in the past and i really got a bit lost ~_~

Experiencing failure is actually the best way to learn new things.
There were a few times where i wanted to help others but end up doing it all myself due to time constraint.
I taught them the correct way to do it afterwards but i'm not sure if it really works...
Now looking back, i'm wondering if i'm really helping them to learn or rather, showing them that there's always somebody to cover their backside for them
If one day, the "somebody" is not there to help anymore; wouldn't it be even more devastating for them to handle ?

Been through similar cases in the past years;

Scenario 1 
GM1 did wrongly, we taught him/her, GM1 did wrongly again, we redo & taught him/her.
but GM1 doesn't change, leading to the growth of bad feelings.

Scenario 2 
GM1 did wrongly, we taught him/her, GM1 did wrongly again, we redo & taught him/her.
GM 1 said he/she understood but the assignement ended so nobody knows if it really works.

Of course there's scenario with good ending soon woo :D
Okay after typing it out i came out with a conclusion:
I'll do the best i can to help the person, but the ultimate result is depend on the individual. 
If he/she wants to help themselves, efforts will be made.
But still, if the person still didn't manage to change, i'll feel that i contributed a part in their consequences as well ):
overall feeling: STILL GUILTY

Just randomly though of this;
i will never donate to the youngster stating that they are from a children charity.
and the MINIMUM donation is $10 lol
What if the biggest sum of money an individual can donate at that point of time is $3 ?
Sum rejected ?
Why would a charity put a barrier to receiving more donations
It's easier to get 10 people to donate $1 than 1 person to donate $10 isn't it ._.

Abit qian da to say this, but i'm going back to study as a full time student in september...this way :X
Yup yup, decided that i should finish my studies first since i got a life time to pursue my career in the future
somemore now the finance burden is lifted MUAHAHHAHA

But before going back, i really decided that i should improve my english first >:D

just finished reading a story book within a few days MUAHAHA achievement unlocked *level up*

caught "The Fault in Our Stars" with my ah deh earlier on
& afterwards i saw instagram that eggy & mj went to watch at the earlier slot as well

BUT HOR, the couple beside me a lot of strange strange action !!!

my neck still intact with me.

had presentation last friday with my colleagues as well
really learnt a lot of new things from everybody wahhaha.
I didn't want to go initially and wanted to give the chance to my tu di
caused i felt that i'm leaving soon and this kind of opportunity to be given to him, whom will be staying long instead.
but my boss insisted whahaha
so grateful to her
& she gave me her shoes as well HEHEHE
cause it was too big for her & she bu she de throw
& i didn't have any presentation shoes since it was a last min decision for me to go.

so thankful for everything ~~ hehehe

I did a evil thing last friday, making me feel so guilty up till now...
so i decided to do 2 good deeds per day to compensate whahaha
even if there's no good deed to do i'll buy tissue paper from elderly
this shall go on for a week >:D >:D >:D

2014

a few major changes have been made this year...which is...i quitted school woohooo

k luh not quitted, can say as deferment ? :D

currently i've started my new job as a operation coordinator at ___ ___ _____( you all slowly guess hehehe)

starting 3 months was rather bearable where all the learning takes place etc

but after the 3rd month where i'm sort of passed the "trail" period, woah the workload all like suddenly fall from the sky.

now currently it feels like i'm becoming a operation coordinator, sales coordinator for other 2 company, secretary, admin (clearing sai kang for company such as ordering stocks etc) 

yesterday i've just gotten the news that i'm in the project team as well.

sometimes i really suspecting that my boss forget that i'm only a diploma holder heh

cause got one time she told me

" diploma holder how to survive in the current society now ?!"

then in the end she put me in those not diploma role ._. ? 

but it's really a good learning experience there though whahahah i'm really absorbing alot there

Learnt how to operate a factory there as well and people management mmm

there machiam really like racial harmony yo.  where China people learns malay and malays learn chinese and indian learn hokkien.

but on the side note, i'm looking forward in starting school again in next year January when my financial status is more stable :D

yup i'll be taking things at a slower pace now i guess ? 1 or 2 module per semester.

shall not stress myself so much anymore since...YOLO ~ xD

180days more whoops, it just feels like internship period.

and afterwards maybe i'll go back to my company and work again.

hopefully my boss supports me hehehehe
